Design
Submit a graphic design or request a free design from us. We will work with you on the design until you're 100% satisfied.
Team Roster
Next, you'll send us your team roster information, including sizes, numbers and names.
Production
Once your order is approved and deposit is submitted, production will begin.
Ship
After your order is completed and paid in full, your order will be on its way to you!
HOW IT WORKS
Design & Details Submission
- After you finalize your design and details with our team.
- They’ll confirm all custom instructions like:
- Logo placement, Colors
- Names and numbers
- Sponsor logos
- Any other design specs
- This ensures your order is accurate and exactly how you want it and do a Test Print.
- They’ll confirm all custom instructions like:
Sampling
- Once we produce your requested samples, you have two options:
- Ask us to ship the samples to you
- Review the samples via pictures and videos
- This helps ensure you’re satisfied before final production begins.
Bulk Order
Include the following in your order submission:
- File or instructions with names, numbers, and sizes
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 10 pieces per design/color/style
- After final details make 50% advance payment:
- We begin bulk order
Turnaround Time
- Standard production time: 3–4 weeks (including delivery)
- Rush orders: 15 days
- Faster if all details, files, and payment are submitted promptly
Delivery
- Delivery time depends on final approval and production schedule
- We ship via trusted carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPEX, SKYNET
- Carrier choice depends on speed, cost, weight, and location
- Orders are shipped only after full balance is paid
Refunds
- Once artwork starts, deposit is non-refundable but can be used for a different design
- Errors on our end are refundable or replaceable
