What products do you offer, and can I customize sizes and materials?
We specialize in custom sports uniforms and teamwear for clubs, schools, and wholesale customers. Products examples include soccer kits, basketball uniforms, baseball/softball uniforms, volleyball kits, tracksuits, warmups, jackets, compression wear, socks, and practice gear. We offer custom sizes (Youth, Adult, Women-specific cuts, Plus sizes, and team-specific measurements) and high-performance fabrics like CoolDry Micro Polyester, Interlock, Lycra/Spandex, Micromesh, Fleece and sublimation fabrics.
Do you provide custom designs and revisions?
Yes! We offer free custom design services for all products unless they are complex. Simply share your logo, colors, or reference. We also provide unlimited revisions until you are fully satisfied. Complex designs may require additional adjustments.
Can I get samples, and what is turnaround time for bulk?
Yes, physical samples are available on request (charges depend on product and shipping). Standard turnaround time is 3–4 weeks. Rush orders can be accommodated in 2 weeks depending on quantity and product type.
What printing methods do you use?
We offer sublimation printing, screen printing, heat transfer vinyl, and embroidery, chosen based on your product and design requirements.
Do you ship worldwide, and how can I track my order?
Yes, we ship globally via DHL, FedEx, and UPS. A tracking number is provided once your order ships.
Do you offer custom branding for clubs?
Yes, including neck labels, team logos, wash care labels, packaging, and hangtags to help your team look professional and branded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: Remitly, MoneyGram, Stripe, Stripe, Apple Pay / Google Pay, Zelle.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
We offer replacement, remake, or partial refund, depending on the case. Issues must be reported within 48 hours with photo or video proof.
Where are you based?
Big Hope’s production facility is in Pakistan. We serve clients worldwide with support from our local partners, including a partner in the USA, as well as partners in Spain and Croatia, who handle local communication and coordination.
